APPOINTMENT REQUEST
If you would like to book an appointment, please read the following information and fill out the form below.
-All appointments require a deposit, which can be done in person at the shop (cash/card), or can be made via PayPal if you are traveling to get tattooed. Deposits will be subtracted from the total cost of the tattoo on the final session.
-Deposits will range from $100-300 depending on size and complexity of the design.
-DEPOSITS ARE NON REFUNDABLE!
-Appointments can be rescheduled with at least 48 hours notice prior to the appointment date, or deposit will be forfeited.
-Single shot tattoos will be priced at a flat rate, while larger tattoos that require multiple sessions will be priced hourly ($200 /hr).
